The Hanley Center for Health Leadership and Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Hanley Center for Health Leadership and Education and the Maine Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. The Health Leadership and Education is accredited by the Maine Medical Association Committee on Continuing Medical Education and Accreditation (CCMEA) to provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) for physicians.

The room reservations deadline is August 19, 2025. Reservations made after the deadline will be based on availability and may be subject to the prevailing room rate. Conference Cancellation/Refunds
If you must cancel, please notify by phone and email. Conference registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received prior to 3:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025. No refunds will be granted after August 19, 2025.
